Meet The Founder
Joel Agland, founder of NewGen Leaders, has 15 years of experience in education, coaching, and leadership development. Passionate about transformative growth, Joel has helped numerous educators unlock their potential and build positive school communities.
With 15 years in education, spanning various leadership roles, I’ve seen firsthand the challenges educators face. Too often, we’re told to avoid obstacles, but I believe challenges aren’t roadblocks, they’re opportunities for growth. That’s why I founded NewGen Leaders, to empower educators to harness their potential, grow through challenges and transform their leadership through character development.

At NewGen, we don’t just focus on skills we focus on character. The foundation for motivation, resilience and success. Character skills are what sustain us in difficult times, fuel our leadership and create new opportunities. When we develop these strengths, we don’t just navigate challenges, we unlock the hidden potential within ourselves and others.
