​Our unique approach called Guided Growth, focuses on harnessing the strengths and character skills of teachers to build motivation and create their own opportunities. This in turn, enables them to effectively nurture and develop the character skills of their students.

Through a series of tailored sessions, workshops and activities delivered in person and through a mobile app, NewGen provides educators with the tools and support needed to creative a positive and inclusive school culture. Our ultimate goal is to inspire and empower the next generation of compassion, resilient and impactful leaders who will contribute positively to their communities.

How do coaching sessions work?
At NewGen Leaders, our coaching sessions are designed to empower educators by unlocking their potential through personalised guidance, reflection, and actionable strategies.

Each session begins with a deep conversation where the coach takes the time to understand the educator’s unique journey, experiences, and aspirations. By building a trusting and supportive relationship, the coach helps the educator uncover their motivations and strengths, aligning them with meaningful goals.

Through the Guided Growth approach, the focus is on character skills and personal strengths, helping educators recognise the assets they already possess. The coach works collaboratively with them to harness these skills in their day-to-day roles, fostering a sense of motivation, purpose, and ownership over their professional growth and opportunities.
